张宗苍（1686-1756），字默存，又字墨岑，号篁村、蔗翁，乃至太湖之畔的渔人，晚年自诩为瘦竹，乃吴县（今江苏苏州之地）的一位杰出之士。在清代娄东画派中，他犹如一颗璀璨的星辰，熠熠生辉。
